1    Systems Engineer

  • At least two (2) years experience in an IT helpdesk and onsite environment.
  • Familiar with standard PC applications, e.g. Microsoft products, email clients, etc.
  • Familiar with Emailing system, e.g. Microsoft Exchange, Visnetics.
  • Those with experience in LAN/WAN/Wireless networking and Server have an added advantage.
  • Able to do troubleshooting for networking, hardware, software and security issue.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage user expectations.
  • Mature, independent and possesses positive working attitude.
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT field or equivalent.

2    Systems Technician

  • At least one (1) year experience in an IT Support environment.
  • Familiar with standard PC applications, e.g. Microsoft products, email clients, etc.
  • Excellent Customer Service attitude and good communication skills.
  • Those with experience in LAN/WAN/Wireless networking have an added advantage.
  • Willing to perform shift-work.
  • Fresh Grads with IT and relevant Diplomas or NTC Certs may apply for entry-level positions.


3.A    I.T. Helpdesk Agents

  • At least six (6) months of Helpdesk experience.
  • Familiar with standard PC applications, e.g. Microsoft products, email clients, etc.
  • Excellent Communication Skills in both written and spoken.
  • Candidates who are effectively bilingual are in an advantage.
  • Results-oriented, ability to deliver results, and with strong customer orientation.
  • Those with experience in LAN/WAN/Wireless networking have an added advantage.
  • Willing to perform shift-work.
  • Fresh Grads with IT and relevant Diplomas or NTC Certs may apply for entry-level positions.
3.B    I.T. Helpdesk Agents (Permanent Night Shift)
  • At least six (6) months of Helpdesk experience.
  • Familiar with standard PC applications, e.g. Microsoft products, email clients, etc.
  • Excellent Communication Skills in both written and spoken.
  • Candidates who are effectively bilingual are in an advantage.
