Systems Technician / IT Helpdesk
Requirements:
- Fresh Grads with IT and relevant Diplomas or NTC Certs may apply for entry-level positions
- At least 1 year experience in an IT Helpdesk/Support environment
- Familiar with standard PC applications, e.g. Microsoft products, email clients, etc
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage user expectations
- Mature, independent and possesses positive working attitude
- Able to do troubleshooting for networking, hardware, software and security issue
- Excellent Customer Service attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to converse in Mandarin will be advantageous(to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
- Possess excellent listening, rationalization, pleasant voice and problem-solving skills
- Those with experience in LAN/WAN/Wireless networking have an added advantage
- Willing to perform shift-work (including night shift); and willing to consider permanent night-shift
- Able to do simple reports and meet submission deadlines
- Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status
