Systems Technician / IT Helpdesk

Requirements:

  1. Fresh Grads with IT and relevant Diplomas or NTC Certs may apply for entry-level positions
  2. At least 1 year experience in an IT Helpdesk/Support environment
  3. Familiar with standard PC applications, e.g. Microsoft products, email clients, etc
  4. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage user expectations
  5. Mature, independent and possesses positive working attitude
  6. Able to do troubleshooting for networking, hardware, software and security issue
  7. Excellent Customer Service attitude and good communication skills
  8. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be advantageous(to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
  9. Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
  10. Possess excellent listening, rationalization, pleasant voice and problem-solving skills
  11. Those with experience in LAN/WAN/Wireless networking have an added advantage
  12. Willing to perform shift-work (including night shift); and willing to consider permanent night-shift
  13. Able to do simple reports and meet submission deadlines
